REPAIR SYSTEMS
Utility Pole Damage Testing
Our Resistograph Drilling and Recording system quickly and accurately determines the extent of woodpecker damage, core rot, cracks, and checking throughout the pole — including below-ground decay. Non-destructive and precise, this testing guides our repair-or-replace decision for every damaged pole.

IPOLE-WPK Woodpecker Hole Repair System
Woodpeckers and other animals can drastically damage and shorten the life of your poles. Using IPOLE-WPK — a fiberglass expanding polymer — holes are filled and sealed, restoring the structural integrity of your pole. The patented electrostatic-activated polymer creates a high-temperature reaction that forces foam to penetrate through any decay and bond with good wood. After curing, it flexes without separating. It is approximately 2.5x stronger than concrete. Power companies in the U.S. and Europe have used this system for more than 25 years with proven success.

Pole Top Rot Repair System
This expanding fiberglass polymer is the only product of its type on the market. It combines high-temperature expansion (approximately 300°F) with low viscosity, forcing molten epoxy into porous wood. The heat kills decay, stopping further deterioration. A resin cap channels water away from the pole top, preventing future rot damage.

Ground Rot Repair System
Replacing poles is costly and time-consuming — and puts your operations on hold in the process. Our ground rot solution saves you time and money and gets you back in business fast. We use rot-preventing paint and a resin-concrete mix inside a fiberglass sleeve to seal and reinforce the pole at its most vulnerable point.

Woodpecker Deterrent Paint
Prevention is always preferable to repair. Our woodpecker and pest deterrent paint is a potent combination of all-natural, organic fragrances that are repellent to woodpeckers and most other pests. Controlled tests by the USDA National Wildlife Research Center indicate this system can reduce woodpecker activity by up to 97 percent.
